3 tips for your personal growth journey

Be still, literally.
Make time to sit alone,
quietly, and take inventory
of how you feel, mentally as
in the thoughts that flow
across your mind and
physically as in each part of
your body. Take note of the
emotions showing up for
you—no judgment is
required. Just pay attention
to what’s happening inside
of you.

Pray, meditate/reflect,
breathe.

What does it mean to or
for you is what
matters.You may start
by getting still,
recognizing all that you
have in life, all the
challenges you have
come through, and all
the blessings you’ve
been afforded, and just
breathe slowly and
deeply.

Move your body.
The verdict is out, and
science has repeatedly
confirmed the benefits of
moving our bodies—one
major benefit is a greater
chance for mental wellness.
Body movement looks
different for everyone. Find
what excites you to move
and activate your body and
further brings you joy.
